There are scenes of winter that truly take our breath away. The stark contrasts of lines and bold colors show up in the winter months in a way the rest of the year can’t do. This image is simple: a frosted tree on a cloudless winter day. But what a beautiful scene!

This print was originally created as a commission for Ann Marie Grocholski who is a talented photographer (this art is inspired by her photo). Every time I shared this illustration, folks would ask to buy it and she noticed. After a while, I got a very kind note from her essentially saying, “Feel free to sell it!” She named it and I feel lucky to offer it.

This print comes in both 11×14 and 16×20 sizes, each with a white border and hand signed.
